LifePro is a personal project of mine that helps collect, track and provide insights into habits, actions, and symptoms.
About.
I built LifePro to help track many of the things we do or consume, such as Red Bulls, Coffee, alcoholic beverages, etc; and then you’re also able to track your symptoms such as pain, digestion, mental state, etc.
The goal of LifePro is to understand the cause and effect of what you do and how you feel. I’ve been using LifePro personally for all these years and have tracked over 10,000 entries so far. I plan to release a public app in the near future.
